Also one has to understand correctly all those references to "women" in Weininger (and wherever I refer to him). This is not to denigrate women as such. This is not to denigrate/degrade anybody.
All this refers to just a mode of thinking which is more prevalent in women. This does not imply at all that this mode is completely foreign to men. Weininger said very clearly (and I agree with him, and everybody would agree) that each human being combines male and female characteristics or personality traits.
Sure in women female traits are prevalent, but this does not mean that men do not share to a degree female mode of thinking, and the other way around. "Male" and "female" IN THIS CONTEXT ARE JUST CONVENIENT LABELS. No value judgment (even though in Weininger it appears to be present).
Another important thing, which should be always remembered, is that seemingly illogical "female" mode of thinking has its own purpose and logic, which reflects apparent impredicativity of the outside world. Formal logic is, clearly, insufficient and/or inappropriate to deal with "real world", whatever might be designated by this expression ...
