- вполне хорошая мелодрама. Немножко сладковато под конец, и местами похоже на рекламу, но в целом очень ничего. Хороший там диалог (в вольном перессказе):- зачем ты такое изумительное вино урожая 1961-го до сих пор держишь? Оно же станет хуже, если уже не стало.
- ну, держу для специального случая.
- специальный случай - это как раз и есть когда такое вино открываешь.

that's preciesly what i said in my comment above. In fact, this is not the worst happy ending, it's rather hinted at ... The worst i've seen is probably in Magnolia: completely screwed up otherwise pretty good movie ... Did you see Magnolia?
No, I've never seen Magnolia, or the Green Mile, or a ton of other possibly good movies that are too long to fit into my schedule.
As far as "good comment" -- thanks, the best that I've heard occured during the dialogue between Sarah and Bella when they were 7 and 5 respectively:
Bella: "People grow when they do things that they do not like to do".
Sarah: "Bella, don't you know anything! People grow when they eat vitamins!"
